WFW - pine branch

This is one of my favorite verses.

Maybe you're not the best at scripture memorization. Maybe you're not great about keeping your quiet time appointment each day. Maybe you've even skipped a church service now and again to spend time with family.

Regardless of all our human limitations, self inflicted or not, whatever efforts you put into knowing God's word are not in vain. God will accomplish His will.

That is such a comforting verse and it's so true...there is only one person who is perfect and we are blessed so long we are true in our hearts and our efforts but God doesn't expect perfection from us...He only expects us.

What a perfect verse, Tanja. How wonderful is it that God loves us and "works with us" regardless of our human limitations?!

Have a great day!

P.S. - And, yes, it is hot and steamy here in good 'ole Texas today! I'm trying to just dig in and accept it will be this way until September. Which, when I remind myself how nice it will be in November isn't too difficult to do. :)

Thank you for reminding me that God is still God despite my limitations and shortcomings. He works mightily, doesn't He? God bless you for sharing a beautiful photo and verse. Happy WFW!

Great words to keep in mind. Especially for us bloggers or for writers or speakers, but also in everyday life because what we speak casually can affect people all around us so much.
